Looking for someone with a SoCal 2012 JKU for exhaust experiment
I bought a Road Race Stage 3 Intake / Exhaust / ECM piggyback that for some reason isn't taking to well to my 2012. Everyone else that has bough one of these apparently loves it and raves about power gains & MPG gains. Mine not so much.
If anyone wants to throw this on their 2012 JKU and see if it does better for them, let me know. If you like it then we can work out a really really good deal. I'm not trying to make a lot of money on this deal, just don't need it taking up space in my garage. But I don't want to sell something that may not work well on your Jeep either, so I'm offering a trial before buy.
Oh and here is the link to what the kit is all about..
2007-2010 Road Race Jeep JK Stage 3 Power Pack [2007-2010 RRM Stage 3 PP] - $998.00 : Road Race Motorsports, Mitsubishi Suzuki Fiat Hyundia Performance Parts
PM me if interested or with any questions. And please understand that I don't want to ship this out or travel far distances.

I have the same thing for my 2011 and am not that impressed either. The website makes some great claims, but real world driving is vastly different. My MPG is still exactly the same and I don't feel any noticeable power gains..I gues I'll use it as a paper weight in the garage.

Wow that's a shame to hear. I'm not sure what I'll do with mine since I don't want to resell a product that I know doesn't work. Thought I did notice some difference when I just ran the RR exhaust and fuel calibrator. Try that if you have the time. It seems like their intake is just bad.

I would love to get better mpg and power out of my 2011 but it seems like this kit is for 07-10 and not beyond. The link you provided actually notes that 2012 parts are coming soon. Is there anything i'm missing here ?

Their website needs updating I guess. They have kits for all years of the JK. But as you can read above, they guy who has it on his 2011 isn't happy with his & I'm not happy with the kit on my 2012.
Additionally, I had a 2011 before my 2012. I had an intake and exhaust. All it did was make it louder. My ex girlfriend has a 2011 with just exhaust and that also did nothing. Gearing was the only thing I noticed made a difference.

Well if you think about how much money it would cost you to get an exhaust, an intake, and any kind of tunable chip, then you would be over the 1K price. This kit is fair priced I feel, but my experience shows that it doesn't work anyway.
But hey if you want to try it, I'll give you my kit for like..... lunch. Haha.
