What do you guys do to keep field mice out of your vehicles?
I live in La Cresta which is pretty rural and the field mice have eaten nearly all my under hood insulation and wire looms. Many exposed wires now.
Tomcat poison worked for a while, then stopped. Same with baitless/baited kill/no kill traps. A friend suggested moth balls, they ate the box. Then suggested dryer sheets, they made a nest out of them...
I'm about ready to change all my fluids and make a chemical moat around the jeep. Any good napalm recipes?
P.S. wife will domesticate any cat and render it useless...

I'm interested in what people have tried as well as we'll be moving out to the country soon. For our RV which is out in the country we've used Fresh Cab which is expensive, but seems to have worked. You can get it at Walmart or on Amazon for the best price. It's sort of expensive.
