ChuckMRN and myself are planning on doing the white mountain trail near big bear Thursday 8/23/12. I'm waiting to see if another friend is going as well. Were meeting in Apple Valley at the Chevron on the corner of Hwy 18 and Central rd at 8am. All parties are welcome. Chuck said he's run it with 33's and rubi rails and did fine. Well the run was awesome. Great people, great weather, great trails, and great views. Thanks again Chuck for running point. Well there were just the two of us..haha but it was still nice to have someone familiar with the trail. We'll have to set up another and hopefully there are more people that are able to join. I know mid week can be difficult but it makes the trails a lot less crowded. I'm gonna get some pics from my friend Joe and post them.

Yeah definitely. I need to get out more forgot how much fun it is..haha. I told my friend Joe that next time he's driving...haha

 

I know this is really last min and a complete long shot but I'm thinking of heading to the Calico's tomorrow after my hair cut...haha (10ish from Apple Valley). I'd like to run Odessa/Doran Loop but not gonna do it solo. I'm looking for anyone that has run it before and free tomorrow. Let me know if want to go.

 

Well I didn't make it to the calicos today and probably good I didn't. It rained like hell today and I'm running naked..haha. Would have ended up needing a bildge pump. But let's try to plan a calico trip next Thursday (9/6/12). Anyone available? Txt/call me if you're interested. 760-486-6669
