My backyard.........3/19/12
Last minute today, my neighbor and I took the JK's 10 minutes from our homes for a run. For anyone interested in the future, we started at the Pinnacles behind Lake Arrowhead on trail 3N34X and took it all the way to 3N34. We ended up at the trail head of Deep Creek (Dishpan Springs) just before you head up to Crab Flats.
This trail is scenic but moderate till you get to the trail head at Dishpan. It has alot of hills and is rough with alot of water and a couple water crossings. When it has snow and is wet like today, it is fun and more of a challenge. We of course did not do Dishpan because it is to dangerous when wet like today and when we got to it there were no tracks and noone had even been there since the snow this weekend......I'm up here if anyone wants to come up to play and i know there is a thread in ref to doing a run the end of April......

I got almost 2 feet at my pad but we went to the back side of the mntn and found less snow.........It was wet and muddy as hell but that made it fun since we were on basically rough fire trails......
