Holcomb valley trail is perfect, many roads off of that, that are graded fire roads. Theres another great one at the dead end road up from bear mountain ski resort, I think its called skyline. It will take you back to the beginning of big bear lake city. Super easy. Not sure if there is any snow on those roads left over from the last minimal snow fall. Bedt bet is to go to the discovery center on the other side of the lake. Great info on trails and trail conditions.

Yes, go to the Discovery Center. It's a fun stop and you can ask about trails and buy maps. Also if you have a GPS, bring it. Most trails are on it.

A trail I like is off the top of Holcomb Creek to Big Pine flats. A good trail with some moderate challenges, long enough and easy on the eyes..
Easy enough for stock rigs..
