Default Need more power for my ambulance

So I know this is a shot in the dark since we all have jeeps. But does anyone have or know someone who has a programmer for an 08 ford 6.0 powerstroke they want to sell or donate haha. I work on a 911 ambulance in murrieta and am looking to get a little extra power out of her. Plus my medic and I think it'd be rad to roll coal in the rig at least once.

Does that affect reliability? I would think it does.

When has anyone here had an issue with the tuners effecting the reliability? I've been running mine for MANY miles without problems. If you've got questions on the reliability issue then you could certainly ask the tuning company about anything else they recommend to go with the tuner to reduce potential problems.

We're talkin' about a turbocharged diesel engine not a NA V6. The tuners that I know of ups the boost on the power strokes and then come the reliability issues. Not a good combination on an Ambulance.

The 6.0 has known weaknesses. EGR / head studs / head gaskets are common weak points. I had not upgraded anything on mine other than deleting the EGR. For this reason, I ran the programmer on performance. Anything higher than that had me worried about damage. Just for your information.
