Poppies are blooming in the Antelope Valley for all those interested. The California Poppy Preserve doesn't have much right now but other places are spectacular.

 

Nice shot. Yep, can see them from the house and were out and about in them Saturday. If you wander off the pavement onto the east side of the preserve the flowers are blooming nicely. Also some good shots of them on the South side of the preserve back on some dirt roads. All the dirt roads are passable with passenger cars, at least the ones we were on.
