Default Project 1 Ton Axles. Inputs and thoughts please!

So I'm still waiting on the word if I will get my sponsorships. I have been looking for alternatives just in case I don't get lucky.

This will be a project that I will work on in the next year(s) slowly. Im the lucky guy that got the 07 JK with a 35 in the rear insead of a 44.

So this is what I have in mind:

1. Rear Axle- 10.5" Sterling Axles from a 99+ Superduty truck. 8 lug with disc brakes. Truss for the links for the control arms. Either 5.13 or 5.38 gear ratio and ARB air locker.

I like the Sterling because it's very heavy duty, much stronger than a 60 and I have heard that it comes close to Dana 80. And the axle spline is 35 which is a big plus!!! Thinking about doing double triangulated 4 link.

2. Font Axle- Dana 60. Once again 5.13 or 5.38 gears with the air lockers.

3. Heim Tie Rod with a High Steer all custom.

I want to my steering to be near flawless.

4. Control Arms: Custom long arms I'm going to get made by my buddy at his shop. Stronger than whatever is offered and sold on the market.

5. Shocks

I'm thinking of going with the Fox 2.5" Remote Reservoir with the 16 inch of travel and extended will be sitting at 43 inches.
FOX 2.5 Factory Series Remote Reservoir Smooth Body Shock 7/8" Shaft
or
FOA 2.5 Coilover shocks with 16 inch travel. Much more affordable than the Fox ones, and a big plus that it's a coilover.

Any other ideas for shocks and coils?

6.Tires and Wheels

Beadlock wheels 17 or 18 inches
I don't want to get tires over 38 or 39 inches

Once again this is more of an education thread for myself and plans for the future. I want to do all this correct the first time so I don't do it again. Thanks all inputs are appreciated!
