This is a sweet EFI system

Throttle Body fits any square bore 4150-style intake manifold. Includes an easy-to-use 7'' touch screen tablet for quick tuning.

Why I would not run a carburetor

With the fuel injections of today, it will normally run the life of the vehicle with no problems. Fuel injection provides better starting in all weather conditions. More power and better fuel economy. Also, if you put your vehicle in storage for long periods of time, fuel injection is less likely to gum up.

carburetors will also normally run the life of the vehicle with no problems. Provided you don't store the vehicle for long periods of time. carburetors like to gum up if you don't run enough miles. carburetors are simple to understand and easy to diagnose without equipment. Given the choice I would choose fuel injection. I live in desert, and when I take a trip to colorado lets say, I have to keep adjusting the carburetors as the altitude goes up. Then adjust them the other way as the altitude comes back down for power and better fuel economy, with fuel injection it automatically adjusts for the altitude, also with fuel injection it reads air tempiture (where a carburetor will not ) for better power and better fuel economy.

Most all vehicle manufactures run fuel injection of some sort, so all you have to do is ask why?
