It's a little after noon here in Rancho Santa Margarita, and there is major thunder, some hail, and pouring rain, though not sustained. Trabuco should have at least some surface mud ... have fun out there!

This just in from FunN4Lo ... He's on Live Oak Canyon Road with a few other cars seeking high ground. There's a flash flood crossing the road that is deep enough that the police have closed the road! Like 3' of water!!! Holy Jim/Trabuco is getting dialed in for the weekend!

And its now pouring big time in RSM. Thunder and Lightning too.

Now Tim's playing fireman. The fire dept has asked him to check out the water crossings. He said that in some areas the water is almost as high as the guard rails. It must have rained big time on Saddleback Mountain for that much water to be flowing so quickly.

He's between the tree tunnel and O'Neil Park right now. It will be interesting to see if he can cross the low bridge at Trabuco Creek.
