i have found a trailer that i rally like but it is not registered, how difficult and costly is it to register a trailer in California?

was there high cost that came with it ? i want to haul my dirt bike and have found this trailer h ttp://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/rvs/2311653063.html though i am worried that it is so cheap and unregistered

 

Its actually pretty easy, i built a trailer and registered at dmv. they will want to know what it costs and how much it weighs, but you can guess on that. i just told them i had old parts in backyard and didnt buy anything new, it was painless and not expensive at all, cost about $40 total with pink slip, cheaper without pink slip.
