Just looking for a little day trail not too far. Anyone been to the rincon shortcut trail out near asuza that can give me some info on it? What experience level? anything special needed for it? duration of trail? heck, anyone wanna meet up and make a day of it, this coming sunday?

 

I wish I knew too, I'd love to take a trail ride!!! Anyone got any good spots??

 

Im just looking for a day trip, few hours or so. near LA. Ive done the san gabriel ohv area one twice now. looking for more of a trail and something diff. it'd be awesome to get a few others too for sunday. Just need to find a place, im relatively new to it so i dont know many areas yet.

 

Rincon Shortcut was still closed (TFN) when I checked a couple weeks ago. When it is open a permit from the ranger station is required.
