San Diego Meet and Greet January 29th
List update. Remember this is primarly a meet and greet. Nice easy trail and get to meet some of your fellow Jeepers. Only afterwards will we try the hard stuff.
For those wondering the plan for Bronoco Peak is to do the normal black diamond. As Andy said it is not easy. If there is enough interest we could try to break off a small group for the double black connector.

There should be no reason we won't be there. Plus this will give isa a great change to drive in the first half. I assume heather will ne there?
I'm telling you. We both had very hard semesters and on our open weekends in November & December we have been spending them in big bear and enjoying the snow.

The first jeep that broke the driveline was on Sidewinder, That was an X model.
@ 4:41 in the Video where Eddie is coming down is the hardest obstacle on Bronco Peak to go up and the trail leading to it because of all the boulders.
There is a bypass at this point.. I wouldn't don't it because of the off camber at those 3 big boulders. I have always gone up the 3 boulders where u see Eddie coming down.
This doesn't sound like ur doing the" Bronco Peak Connector" that starts at the bottom of the campground.
Is this Bronco Flats the connects to the last part of the connector?
Some of you guys that have the X model without Lockers, danna 44s running 35s, Might want to take some extra parts,,.. axel , driveline, Yoke's..
Once u get on the upper part of Bronco Peak at the last obstacle, ur gonna have to be careful in not wanting to jump on the pedal trying to force ur way up..
I've done the Bronco Peak Connector 5 times from the campground to the top. First time in the rain.
Fifth time broke my Front axel and Rear Yoke, and this was at the very beginning at the bottom
"JUST SAYING" Be prepared.. U Never know!!
But this is a fun trail.. Dont miss out.. 0|||||||0
