I am back in town for THREE FULL DAYS
I want to take my son to checkout Cal State San Marcos on Friday or Saturday.
Does anyone know of any trails we can hit either before or after checking out the school/area?

After checking out Cal State San Marcos we ended up hitting Oriflamme Canyon
What a great place.
I’ve got to get out to the Anza-Borrego Desert more ofter

Oriflamme Canyon was about a 90-105 minute drive from San Marcos.
Didn’t really know the area so I didn’t know where I wanted to go.
Just wanted to find some dirt with my boy before leaving for another three weeks
