Here is the thread regarding Cleghorn

Then i'm confused as we passed by a CHP officer comming down the trail and he just waved us by, there were tons of other people out there, it says it's an off highway vehicle trail, and even the forrest ranger told us to go have fun. No where did it say that the off shoots where illegal.

 

Hopefully someone else will chime in, cuz I really don't know, I am only going on what I read.
