OK guys, help me brainstorm here...

My oldest daughter, who is 15 and about 5'9" tall is coming along with us, if we can make it possible. We've got a 2-dr and have to leave the seat up (really wish for split back seat at this point) for her. We will be able to fit a small cooler in the back, which means short on space for cold foods.

Give me some ideas on how to save space, and also, some FOODS that we can bring that wouldn't need to be in the cooler.

Beef Jerky, fruit, trail mix, cliff bars/power bars, and if you are really really really desperate there is always SPAM.

ANY canned goods..... like tuna, SPAM (for Tanya), meats, fruits, vegies, corn beef hash (YUMMY), ect.....

Pop Tarts are also good!

 

I'm short on space as well, sadly I am single in a 4door and short on space. I am rollin topless/doorless. My boxer gets the cargo area, so I am going to have to bungee my supplies/gear in various places throughout the Jeep and back seat. A buddy is coming with me as well, so it is going to look pretty interesting screaming down the freeway with bags bungeed all over the place looking like a rolling yard sell...
