Default So Cal (High Desert) Trails

My name is robin myers and i got a 2011 jeep wrangler for graduation i have done some upgrades to it such as 35" tires 4 inch lift and a K&N intake and i have been looking for some trails i can let loose on and start learning how to exactly handle situations. Does any one know any good decent trails in the area i would love to get on them, and if you live in the area and feel like trailing message me and i should be free so we can take it together.

In my opinion cleghorn is a good place to start. You can try as many or as few of the more difficult off shoots as you desire. There are also great trails near arrowhead and big bear that would be local to you.

Welcome to wheelin.

Just up the road from you, is Grapevine Canyon. It will take you as high as White Mountain. Also in your area, 2N17X and the previously mentioned Cleghorn.

In the other direction, there's a bunch of trails past Lucerne Valley. Cougar Buttes, Rattlesnake Canyon and a bunch more in the Big Bear area.

Yes we have the rule book and have spent hours going over the jeep. We have also had help from other race teams. One of our biggest supporters is Gerald from Savvy. He has giving us tons of tips for the class we are in. They won last year. Also Larry from PSC has been a big help.its really great how most all the teams help each other with tips and rules.

We do have a tech inspection of the jeep prior to the race. Once it's passed tech and safety inspections they tag the frame with a number. If you win they go threw it with a fine tooth comb.
