Swapped hardtop for softtop, oil & filter change, and changed spark plugs. Need new plug cables (out of stock, on order). Still messing around with evap system trying to get the GASCAP error to go away... now throwing code P0457 - Loose Fuel Cap. May need to add o-ring and some silicone at connections? Checked lines near the battery too, they look fine.

Installed Evic controls into the steering wheel. Now just looking for someone with the premium instrument cluster to maybe lend a hand with a little test?

How did the install go? It looks surprisingly pretty easy. Did you buy it somewhere locally, or online? I need to install one of these ASAP (Death Valley trip coming up next month and I do NOT want the deadly "Hot Oil" warning out there).

I bought it on eBay, but the seller was a dealership in Temecula. I don't remember the name, but I can find it for you if you want.
The install is pretty easy. What's nice about the Mopar kit is its plug-n-play & no cutting of any lines. The only minor pita is removing the factory plastic shroud/dam covering the lines... it's just awkward to access all the plastic retainer clips and remove them. Plus the included instructions are all cartoon sketches, like IKEA style hahaha. So far my temps are running at least 30-40 degrees cooler than before

Thanks for the pointers. I saw your other post just now with the actual operating temps - very encouraging! I just found a good deal on one with free shipping and pulled the trigger. It's not the most fun mod to be spending money on, but peace of mind is priceless!

You're on a modding spree, by the way! Can't wait to see your rig next.
