Wicked! Was chopping the frame difficult? I'm torn between this and the Brawler lite.

Chopping it was pretty easy. First I cut 2" of the frame rail ends off. Then I cut the brackets that connect the crash bar to the frame rails, I used a sawzall for this. Then grind all the welds down and.then sand them smooth, prime and paint. Then u slip on the bumper, drill the 1/2" holes, put in 4 bolts and torque to 85 ft./lbs. DONE! Probably a couple hour job total.
The brawler probably only takes 5 mins to install

Replaced leaky driver side axle seal (and passenger just for the heck of it). Took a LONG time..... And now my front Rubi locker isn't working... FML

Check out the Yukon seal (right) I pulled out vs the Mopar one (left). The Mopar one is way thicker, weird...

Installed a Hothead Headliner kit (Grey in color) including side windows today. Thought I would share my experience.

1) Ordering was easy.
2) Shipping was quick.
3) Package arrived very well packed to prevent damage I assume.
4) Individual pieces were all first rate and well made.
5) Instructions were clear and straight forward (though I still watched the videos on the website due to my OCD).
6) Installation was relatively easy.
7) Final fitment and look is outstanding.

Outstanding product. I would highly recommend it to anyone who may still be sitting on the fence. My only regret is that the Hushmat insulation wasn't offered when I ordered my kit a couple weeks ago. I guess I will have to swing by the shop in person and pick some up.
