Sorry to say that nothing new. And sorry to say that it's been almost two months since the latch broke on my LOD tire carrier and haven't had a new part delivered from LOD (which I'm willing to pay for). Actually I haven't even had a response from them on the issue. I want to say thank you to Shaun and David at Northridge for trying to get me the part from LOD tho, they been awesome on this.

I love my bumper and it's top notch quality but as you can imagine I'm a little disappointed on LOD since I paid good money for the bumper and I can't get a ~$15 dollar part . I already searched for the part but since it's a metric one is really hard to find just the replacement U bolt. Because of my work I have access to good engineering resources and suppliers so my next step is going to be to take the whole latch and measure the bolts alignment etc and get a new latch that fits even if it's not the same exact one.

I usually don't rant about things but two months holding my gate with bungee cords and not even a response is just ridiculous customer service IMHO.

 

I need one too 4in long x 2in wide stainless steel 3/8 square u bolt.hook it up....can't find one any where yet...

Well I got some new tires Maxis big horns and a new rim so I have a spare tire finally. Installed a new clutch slave. And built a stinger for the bumper

 

Dang Steve! Cant wait to see your jeep Saturday.

 

Maxxis makes a good tire. How about some better shots of that stinger?
