SOCAL on fire- Everyone ok?
CNN is reporting more than 100 homes lost in the Santa Barbara county area. Hopefully no one on here has lost there home, but that's still a lot of homes lost and a lot of people looking for help.
Top line from the article:
A wind-driven brush fire roaring through the canyons of Santa Barbara County has burned more than 100 homes, injured 13 people and charred more than 2,500 acres, a county spokeswoman said.

Wow, it was all over the news last night...they said about 100 homes had burned. The footage was unreal and very scary...entire neighborhoods in Montecito engulfed in flames, houses collapsing...
My heart goes out to the people in the affected area. Hope it was just loss of homes, and no people.

I have two friends who live there, one at the beginning of the fire whose house still stands, but not his neighbors and had the fire been buring for an hour the fire dept would never have been able to get to his home, my other friends home also survived, but not his neighber.
Heh, maybe I should sell my friendship like a magic potion? Naw.

It was network news...channel 2 or 4...the eleven o'clock news.
