It's not a town, but I always thought it was funny that I rafted the French Broad.

 

I work in Beaver Creek, CO frequently and always stop by Beaver Liquors to pick up drinks

 

OK - here's a local one:

Not dirty, nor a town, but there is a corner in Santa Margarita where the streets Antonio and Banderas intersect.

 

How about Hell, MI (big biker hangout) and Climax, MI... My wife always jokes that it's the only time we get there at the same time.

I was also going to tell you about Intercourse and Blue Ball. I rode through there last summer... they are literally like 10 miles apart.

It's not a city but there is a state park in KY called "Big Bone Lick"
