I'm just curious if anyone in SoCal has ever spotted me? I'm constantly driving between the South Bay and Hollywood, and travel within a 200 mile radius on weekends. I always wave at other Jeeps too, unless I'm distracted by the Prius I may have just run over. I shouldn't be difficult to spot either... lifted Red Rock JKU on 35s with a GOBI rack, ORFAB tire carrier, and "BIG RED" decal on the hood

Well I wouldn't expect you to spot me 3,000 miles away in CT. That's why I posted this in the SoCal subforum. Although, I am originally from Mass so maybe one day I'll do the x-country thing.

Your rig looks wicked with that snorkel! Was it a hard install? I've been thinking about adding one but concerned it might interfere with the GOBI rack.

I have considered blacking out my wheels, but since the JK is my DD, i'd need to get it all done in a day or two at the most on a weekend. They're 18s on 35x12.5 Kumho M/Ts... and I've been toying with the idea of getting another set of A/Ts on black/Teflon 17" ATX wheels, probably with Nitto Trail Grapplers.... so time to start dropping hints to Mrs. Claus for Xmas!

As for the rear fenders... I ran out of time the day I installed the fronts and haven't gotten around to the rears yet. Probably will the weekend after next

Redondo Beach huh? Well I'm here too. I think I may have seen you once before turning onto grant. I usually notice a rig with racks, as I am still trying to figure what I am going to do with mine.
