Heading to ocotillo wells this weekend with a buddy. I've never been here and looking for suggestions on trail rides that are fun, medium to easy rated.

Is there a park office that has maps or anything? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Sorry I have the wrong location. It's ocotillo ca not ocotillo wells. Appreciate the responses as I'll end to get up to the wells area too.

 

Gas domes, shell reef, pumpkin patch, tarantula wash.

 

Blue inn will have maps.

 

Tierra del sol obstacle course off Sr-22

 

Find christmas circle in borrego springs grab a burrito from juancho's. I think is the name freaking delicious!! Great place to wheel and hide out.

 

Try the state park Visitor Center. They have trail info and maps. There's also some exhibits and videos. It is located west of Christmas circle about a couple of miles..

The OHV area ( ocotillo wells ) also has a ranger station that has info.

I wouldn't call pinyon mountain easy. Do that with some one who has done it before. The area off off Borrego dalton seaway with the obstacle course has lots of cool trails.

I meant Ocotillo California and not Ocotillo Wells.

I think Superstition mtn is down this way.

 

Supersition, plaster city, and painted gorge are all cool spots in ocotillo. If you go to superstion make sure to take sand highway to the sand dam!
