Hey Kids,

Sully here. I want to let you know my theater company's next show opens Friday March 13! and closes on the 22. Fri and Sat night 7:30 curtain, Sun. 2:30 curtain

The show is called Durang 'N' Tang and it is a night of short plays by Christopher Durang. The shortest is only a couple of minutes and the longest is about 30 minutes so you don't have a chance to get bored.

I am acting in the show and was the Assistant Director so I have been busy.

This is a seriously funny and slightly bizarre show, if you don't believe me just look at the parts I play.

Over the course of the evening I play the playwright's aunt (yes I am in drag), a gay priest who is in love with a Rabbi, and an accountant that is mistaken for an actor and is thrown onstage during one of several classic plays from Hamlet to Noel Coward.

Due to some language, the show is PG 13. Be aware.

Tickets are $10 if you mention JK Forum and $5 for students so it is pretty cheap and you get free Tang at intermission (it will make sense if you see the show)

Very cool. I'd love to come check this out-- Christopher Durang is great. Work might keep me from getting down there, but I'm gonna see if we can make it happen.

 

That would be cool. I'd love to meet you and your wife. I love tree huggers with Jeeps. Especially one's who have heard of Durang.
