Default warranty question

So I have a 6 cylinder misfire code coming on. Jeep still under warranty,question here is should I take my CAI off and throw the stock Box on it before I take it to the dealer for a check up?

Certainly can't hurt to take it back to stock. I really doubt that it is causing your issue, but there is no reason to give them a reason to deny the warranty claim.

Pretty sure the CAI can void your warranty.

I really doubt that they would void your warranty for just a CAI. Can they void your warranty for that? Sure, if they want to be that petty. Do yourself a favor and ask some fellow jeepers if they are modified and if they use the dealership that you go to.

I know that Redlands Jeep is fine with all of the mods you put on our jeeps. They ask me to leave the Flashpaq in the jeep when i take it in for service. They will remove the program if they need to flash the ECM for any reason and then put the program back in for you as well. I know it's a little bit of a drive for you, but I think it may be worth it.
