I don't have relocation brackets for the mirrors and there isn't any place to put them while we are there.

Autozone sells some pretty cool "euro" mirrors for under $15. There is a post on here somewhere, using the phone (mobi) or I'd link it.

With a little help from a friend at home you can get the page for others to see..... I have a set of these mirrors Pep Boys and just about every Auto parts store carries something very similar..

The mirror is a little small, but it does the trick and is very simple to install.

AutoZone CIPA EURO SPORT MIRROR #15000 Black - Nothing else needed!

Question: Is the gate to Santiago Peak open or are you going on another concrete excursion. I noticed you are meeting up near the gate that is why I ask. I know a couple of us that may head up there tommorow if someone is 100% sure the gate is open.

Oy...gotta work tomorrow, unfortunately. I hate to miss a good run with da' OC posse (especially since the gate was closed LAST time I was down there!). Well, know that I will be there in spirit.

Serve Diggity, stop by Carl's Jr. on the way home for me, have yourself a Charbroiled Steak Samich, some Dr. Pepper, and maybe a Ho-Ho or two...and see if you can mack on any nuggets...this time look for FJ Cruiser nuggets...they'll probably be a little more high brow than those Xterra tricks.

Do me this favor, my friend...and you shall make your old pal Russ D. very happy.

Russdizzle my nizzle I can do that for you! Only thing is I am not gonna get up that early to take a pavement excursion if the gate is not open. Maybe I will head to Wildomar later on in the day though.

I plan on being there at 0700. I'm assuming this trail is pretty much a fire road as I'm 100% stock.

I KNEW there was a reason you were my boy! To quote Mr. Spock to Captain Kirk:

"I am, and always will be, your friend."

Of course, you're the emotional and hot headed one, so you're Kirk. I, of course, being the supremely logical and cool under fire one am Mr. Spock.

You'll be fine if the gate is open otherwise you'll be in excellent condition since it will be all city street over to Wildomar where the pin stripes, dust clouds, and high centering 4drs. are a frequent site. Rangleme let me know when you want to head out... I'm in!
