Who's up for some rocktoberfest fun?
Hey there. Here's a quick map I made of the group sites I've camped at in the area. Site A would be great since it sounds like there'll be at least one buggy with us. It also has a pretty good granite base for RVs (you can see the large circle of rigs). Site B is smaller, probably not best for a group our size. Site C is awesome if we can get our hands on it; it's a cool enclosed canyon with a nice flat floor. If none of these are available the area to the east of Site C is pretty good (see the semi-circle of RVs in the picture). We've got some folks showing up early-ish Friday who'll try to grab one of these spots and post here which site we have. If anyone gets out there earlier please try to stake a claim for the group and post up. Thanks! Thanks so much to all of you who trekked out to the desert this weekend for some camping and wheeling fun. It's always great hanging out with friends and meeting new people while doing what we enjoy. We had a big group running Bullfrog but the weather was great and there was no major carnage. Well, there was the Tire Guy.... LOL.
See y'all next year :-D
