Default 1" Body Lift Questions

Anyone got one installed? Are they hard to do? Labor intensive? Think I want a little more lift w/out changing the suspension. Just wondering....

I have the 1" daystar. Very easy to install. took me and a friend an hour or two to do it. most of that time was looking for some 2x4"s to extend the jack. We ended up using a couple big ass bricks.

Very easy to do, especially if you have an auto, takes an hour to do with the proper tools. I didn't have a bench vice so took me an extra hour or so.

Default Daystar 1"

I did the 1" Body Lift from Daystar. I have a 2008 Auto. Was a project with my 11 year old to teach him how to turn a wrench and what to look out for. The only challenge, and it wasn't that bad, was the bolts in front and getting them to wiggle in just right. The other issue was the ratining washers. Some went back on, others broke. Lift went on very easy and quick.

Make sure to keep everything loose and to use 2x4s to jack up the sides.

I've heard they are easy to put in but I've never done it. I've always been a suspension lift kind of guy. 1 inch isn't bad though.
