I bought a new JK after being out of the Jeep loop for about 7 years.
Who do I need to talk to round here, to find out the good service shops and part places?
Where do I go to find out about local jeep/ 4x4 events? I realize sout Fla isnt exactly the hot spot for wheeling. I did hear Mudfest up by the Lake is coming up. Thanks look forward to meeting some of ya'll.

I know we have Speed and Truck world on Sunrise blvd, just east of 95. They have a few things in the showroom, but most stuff has to be ordered, but they do get things in quickly. I see a place down in south Dade, that advertises on Craiglist that they do lift kits, but the advertisement is pretty unofficial looking. There used to be a guy named Chris, that had a jeep shop on University drive near Stirling rd, he was always great to deal with, but I think he moved or closed up, hopefully, he is on this forum, and can let us know his status. If I find any other places, I'll post'em here.

Try Tire Country in Pompano, I will be getting by lift done there as soon as everything comes in, I will let you know how they did. I have only heard go things about them.
