Hey guys/lady's, I am new to this forum and am interested in learning some good areas to ride (legally). It seams that the biggest problem with KY verses the west is that it is primarily fields surrounded by trees, which are mostly owned by farmers who justly don't want us tearing up their land. ? So, where are some good areas? I live in Paducah,KY so I am lucky enough to get to go to Turkey Bay (Land Between the Lakes) quite often and more than my wife likes ?. It's a pretty decent ride for those who haven't been. It is mostly wooded hills and often flooded areas from the lake. There are some decent challenge areas for those who don't want to tear up your ride. The only downer is the "Rock" area. It's as if they just dropped off some boulders in a couple piles. Nothing special, and not very good for Daily Drivers. If anyone is interested they have 3 day passes for $15 and year passes for $60. I work swing shift and usually have several days off work in a row when I'm off. So, if anyone wants to hit the trails just let me know. It's not too far from Ft. Campbell and pretty close to Elizabeth Town/ Louisville.

I'm moving to Louisville. There is the badlands in Indiana. Its about 2-4 hours from Louisville. Also there is Harlan, KY and wind rock, TN. We are taking a trip to wind rock in September for the holiday weekend. Shoot me a message if you have any questions.
