Anyone up for wheeling this weekend in South/Southeast Florida?
I don't really know where to go except Big Cypress and JW Corbett. I've been out to Big Cypress a few times since I've purchased my lil ol Jeep in August but really want to find something different. Anyone up for JW Corbett? Or doesn't anyone know of anything closer to Ft. Lauderdale or anything?
Doesn't matter what. I'm not deadset on anything really. I like trails especially when they're complex with water, mud, rocks, etc. but I'm game for anything. Just want to explore!

I would like to hook up one weekend soon but this weekend is not good for me. I have my Big Cypress permit but have not wheeled there yet. I haven't been to JW Corbett but should be a good place from what I've seen. Hopefully I'll get my new bumpers and winch on next week. I'm in Plantation and would like to get out for some exploring now that the heat has let up a bit. I'll message you one week soon to see what's going on.
Cool. Sounds good bama. Big cypress is a hoot. Heck, took us several hours just to trek a few miles. It's a pita to drive there but definitely kills the day and lots of terrain. I've also got a packed weekend...taking my 9 year old and her friends to an indoor trampoline park but wanted to venture out early to just unwind.
Scuba...how far from cocoa are you? I'll be up there for turkey day. Friday is my day to go out and explore since my wife and mom usually go shopping!

You should make the trek out to Lazy Springs..

It makes for a fun day, just plan ahead and pack a lunch. Lots of offroad obstacles built up to put your Jeep to work. There is always Jeep clubs going out so check all the forums or their facebook and see if anything is coming up.
