Default Arkansas

Just got back from Fort Smith, AR and what a trip...I can say AR is now my favorite state for many reasons! I saw a few nice JK's, but it was dark so couldn't spot any JK-Forum stickers. So next time I'm the area, I'll post on here if anyone close by.

Well if Ft Smith was your determining factor then I'm amazed you like Arkansas. You were pretty close to some amazing areas. Did you come up 71 or through Little Rock and across 40? I understand if you came up 71. The Ouachitas from Ft. Smith to Mena are really nice. You'll have to go Northeast of Ft Smith next time and see the Ozarks and the Buffalo River.

Glade you liked our state. It is a really nice state. If you ever plan to come back post it up and we can get some JK's together.

I am headed to Memphis the week of March 7th to visit relatives. I am planning to head to the Ozarks from there to do some exploring and camping. I have found some information on line about Brock Creek Lake Rec Area, Huckleberry Mtn Horse Trail, Moccasin Gap Horse Trail, and Mill Creek Rec Area. I have a stock Rubi, just looking to explore some, not too hardcore. Anyone wanna join up for a ride?

We came across 40...But had to make a trip up to Rogers on 540. Made this trip in my truck, didn't have my new JK yet. So next time I'll take 71 and go through Quachita National Forest & do some exploring!

Just go to Groups at the top of the page -- then look for A.A.A (All About Arkansas)....once you see it there will be an option to join the group.
