Default Best Dealer for service in/around Knoxville?

Anyone have good experiences at a particular dealer, or other repair shop in Knoxville, TN?

I use thomas hill burgin dodge off exit 407 in sevierville. John is in charge of service and has done tons of work that he could have easily said no to. I only let Simon work on the JK .

If Grayson's service dept. is anything like the sales dept., I wouldn't let 'em check the air in my tires. Now, Tilley-Lane in Lenoir City has been great, haven't had any real service done, but the parts dept. has been great. Tilley Lane is also where I bought the Jeep.
