So me and my buddie took a little vaca from our jobs and took my stock 06 TJ down here to Flordia. As of right now we are in Daytona in a motel after racking up almost 1500 miles on my jeep "we are from Vermont" Well since we are down here what should we do?? We have no plans I have never been down here before and its been 8years since he has.

So what should we do? Do you guys have jeep meets of any sort we are going to be around until this coming friday.

 

Take hwy 40 west to Ocala National Forest and look around, keep to the main dirt roads and you'll be OK... pick up map from ranger stations and ask if they're up to date as far as road use... there are some hairy trails there that you don't want to tackle solo

Take 326 off 40 near Silver Springs, go to 25A(IIRC), if you get to I75 turn around back to last traffic light, at that light go South for about 1/3 or so mile and there's a little place called Hardrock.. gonna be a lot of Jeeps there next weekend(there's only like 5 forums with info about Aug 1-2 Hardrock ride)
