Im movin to the Jacksonville area next month. Whats everyone runnin gear/locker wise for the terrain there?

New Jeeper here. That being said, our terrain is mostly sand and mud. No rocks. Jax has the beach there. Crescent Beach is just South of Saint Augustine. You can drive on Crescent Beach. The management areas (State leased land that the general public can use ($27 fee for management area permit covers all FL management areas for 1 year from activation) ) are mostly planted pines with trail roads that will loop in and out of cypress ponds. Most of the internal roads are sandy, and may go through small creek crossings (5-60' across). They are typically mid rim level, but if we have a lot of rain, they can be hood level. Hope this helps.

Sounds good, im runnin same gears, trutrak up front, detroit locker in rear. Should be there mid March.

 

March and April are perfect Jeeping weather.........But so is any month here.
