Default Hardrock Question

How long does it take to ride through all the trails in Hardrock? I'll be driving 2hrs. to get there and just wanted to make sure I could make a day of it.

Thanks!

There are some dirt bike trails, I don't think there are to many jeep trails.

What are the trails like at this place ? Dry trails or deep mud ? Are there many rocks or down trees to navigate around or over. I am asking because I will be going to the forest with my family in two weeks. Just want to know before going there with the wife and kids. My Jeep has new AT tires not MT, and no lift.

Thanks for the reply TPAFIRE5

wmcvey, Most all of the trails were dry, with few rocks. For every difficult trail there seemed to be a "bypass" trail so it looked like any type of setup had something for them to do.

By the way I did not take my JK. My JK is my new company vehicle (I'm an owner) and we have to offroad alot for work. Anyways I took my old work truck up there (know personal truck), its a '94 explorer with a detroit locker rear ans a detroit trutrac in the front with 32" and a James duff lift and I was able to do alot of the trails minus the man made rock gardens

Its pretty much hill climbs, one small rock garden and some mud. If it is rainy or raining I wouldn't even go, the climbs are pretty steep. There were a couple stock jeeps and they went through everything, I think one had ATs. Here is a link for my recent trip, pics don't do the hills justice.
