Talking i have paint on my fingers.

i had today off and wanted to go ride richloam, but i had too much crap that needed to get done before i could spend the day up there.

so i bedlined my grill.

head on.

semi profiled.

murdered (if you will) logo.

and here are my left and right fvck ups... i rushed the painting since i was running out of daylight, didnt let the paint cure and then rushed to put it back on. scraped the wiring of the aux lights from the bottom to the current position. i spray shot them black, but it looks like crap. they are hidden behind the lights, so i dont really care.

even though i rushed it, i am happy with the results.

I like it. Did you use that duplicolor spray paint stuff? I was thinking about doing it too. Mine is already all full of rock chips.

I have a few cans of that from when I was going to paint my stock wheels. I ended up buying some black wheels instead.

I'll put it on my to do list that is getting way too long.

I really wanted to do this, but i think it looks too dark against the jeep green, esp with the matching fenders. If i ever get xenons or new fenders, i'll definitely be doing this.

Looks badass on the white though.

Looks good, Did you have to scuff the grille first?
has anyone put the Duplicolor on their bumpers yet and ran through the woods?

yeah, i lightly hand sanded it with 180 grit... or whatever the lowest grit referred on the can was.

i parked on the roof of the garage at work today, so it got a good baking. we shall see how it holds up.
