Choccolocco isn't big enough and didn't offer that much IMO, it will get better with time!

Tellico offers all kinds of trails for all different levels. There is also Crawfords Campground that has an awesome set up for camping and cabins. The town of Murphy is about 30 minutes away and there are hotels, places to eat and a Walmart for the items you forgot to bring. Look up Murphy, NC on a map.

Mountainside ORP also offers many trails for all levels and they have a 2 huge parking areas! I'm not sure of the camping/hotels situation for this area. It is near Gadsden, AL. http://www.mountainsideoffroadpark.com/

Durhamtown ORP is another area that has many trails to also include ATV and motocross! This area is huge and their set up is awesome. Free air to air back up, pressure washers, ATV rentals etc.... Union Point, GA is closest town. http://www.durhamtown.com/index.htm

Wind Rock / Coal Creek I haven't been there so I have no idea. Near Olive Springs, TN http://www.coalcreekohv.com/

Gray Rock ORV I haven't been there so I have no idea. Near Mount Olive, AL http://grayrockorv.com/index.htm

Here is a map with OHV/ORPs http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UT...4,4.921875&z=8

I can tell you from experience that coal creek, also know as windrock, is a great place! I had a 2 day trip there about month or so ago and barely scratched the surface up there. literally did about 12-14hrs of wheelin in 2 days. There's 76,000 acres of land at windrock. Plus with all the new access roads cut in. It makes it super convient if you have any issues, need to leave early, or show up late. You've got windrock campgrounds and lots of hotels and good places to eat in oak ridge tn. Which is only about 10mins down the road from the trails. There's a decent little snack shack, pinic area at the trail head, and even a church for the sunday wheelers who don't wanna miss service!

I definately wanna go back!

I also, want to experience a lot of other places to. So, it won't hurt my feelings if it's not picked! Although fall time would be sweet. I"ll be moving near that area in late july.

I know it may not be central, but Gatlinburg, TN offers some great areas for off roading and plenty of other activities. Could even have it around Maggie Valley and Franklin,GA...

I wanna go to ONF again... They have SUGAR SAND

I'll be lurking and giving an occasional comment, and all helpful info I can.
P.S.
Anyone know if there is anything around Macon, GA? It is not a bad ride from here, took me 8 hrs once.

what we need is a place that will offer a nice easy trail ride and also give the extreme guys something to tackle with their insane rigs.

But i definitely want to get up to RiverRock sometime
I was just thinkin of someplace in the middle of GA, I have had several friends go there and they said it was awsome, there are bypasses around all the hard stuff. Oh they make a 2wd jeep just kidding. Tellico has a few trails that i rode in 2 wheel drive and was fun and scenic. Just trying to rack my brain on places to go.

Coon Creek is right down the road from Rough Country, maybe Ben could help sponsor the gathering;

Or Turkey Bay
