Default Look what I got today!

Rubicon Front/Rear Axles, one step closer to moving up from 2wd. Now who wants to help me unload it from the truck.

Got em from a guy in Paisley FL, he bought them direct from Jeep, but never used them (never even took em off the pallet!) and needed to sell, got them for a really, really good deal. Going to order up an Atlas and driveshafts next, but that's probably a few months out. I wasn't planning to buy axles for a couple months anyways and just happened to have this land in my lap.

The axles are about 300lbs each, took a tractor to load them into the truck. Was hoping I could just cart them around and get them all spiffied up (c gussets, 5.38 gears, control arm skids, evo rockstars, then por15 it), but they are alot heavier than I thought they would be. So probably going to end up storing them for awhile.

WOW I am surprised they are that heavy. You should build them up like the dana 44 build here https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...ight=cute+dana

"We here at JK-Fourm do not encourage theft of a pickup truck, just because it has new axles in it..."

Good find.

A cheapo engine hoist would solve your transport issue.
