The club challenge is a off-road competition event that has been held over a weekend (Friday/Saturday) at Catahoula for the last 4 years or so. There are three classes; Stock-mod, Modified, Extreme. I missed last years challenge, but the 2010 stock-mod winner was a basic 2-door JK.

Its a great way to see some pretty decent wheeling, especially in the extreme rig class; those guys have some far-out tube rigs and basically bash the crap out of them... bring your camera. Catahoula/Sicily Island is one of the rare places you will find exposed rock in Louisiana. The Property is usually open to free ride (with paid gate fees) all weekend, except for trails used for events. Lots of folks camp at the property or at the campground across the street.
