There will be a good turnout. The work is starting on the obstacle course and other features this weekend.

Check out the local forum for more info.

I know y'all are all down south of I-10 I'm originally from BR but I live in Natchitoches now. If anyone knows of any good spots to go wheelin up here then let me know. I'm in Shreveport/Bossier regularly and occasionally come down to BR. I do wish people waved more around here though.. I've got a 2012 with a 4" lift and 32's on stock wheels. It's 2 weeks old and needs to see a trail!

We have a few Jeeps coming from the Baton Rouge and Denham Springs area. We went rode for the first time with some of these guys last month in Easleyville! It was great - fun ride and a great group of people. Hope this 4X Fest turns out good too

What are the local forums out here? I am in Baton Rouge - I know of LA 4x4 and AWOL. Are there any others? Me and a few of my buddies would like to sign up with one of the local clubs. Any recommendations?

Thanks

FYI - the 4X Fest in Hammond this past weekend was great!! The turnout was phenomenal and I can only imagine it will get bigger and better every year. Of course it was HOT as hell out there, but plenty of people stuck it out in the heat and had a great time!!

Thanks man. I met a few of those guys out at a LA 4x4 ride. I need to go ahead and join at least one of these clubs!

Me and my dog had a blast at the 4x4 Fest, I hope they do it again. Next time I'll remember to wear sunscreen, haha.
