Lousiana and Inspection Stickers
Anyone fail an inspection because of tires beyond the fenders? Hasn't happened to me yet, but have heard of it with 4x4 trucks.

Yeah, never had a problem with my other Jeeps passing, but the new tires I put on are out farther than any I have had. I was hoping Jeeps got special consideration at when getting inspected :lol:

I know the guy who does my inspection and he told me that Im over the limit. But gives it to me anyway. Mine stick out 3". But Ive never had any issues with the cops and Ive been pulled over a couple times for other reasons....

Last time I got a sticker the guy looked at mine and gave me a look that said he was only passing me cause he liked the jeep. Technically no good though. I just hope I get the same guy, I have to go to the Kenner inspection center which is notoriously picky.
