Our local group BirminghamJK is going to Morris Mountain on May 18th.

We will caravan in Saturday morning and will probably get to the park around 9am. Fairly centralized for all the GA/Auburn/Montgomery JKers as well. Come out and join us.

I may try to make it out. Morris Mountain is only about 15 mins from me. Most of the trails are too extreme for my JK but I may get a couple of buddies that I wheel with and putt around and watch.

 

Forgot to mention...my friends have TJs, will they be blacklisted? lol

 

We will have all kinds out there, probably even a few stockers. There will be a place to fit in.

I think we're going to definitely try to make it, 2 maybe 3 of us. Whats the cost of admission? I noticed it said open the 2nd and 4th weekends and gave the rates. I take it you guys have the park booked for your club only? Will there be any problem just showing up and getting in?

 

Yes, we have it booked. It is $40 per rig for the weekend including camping and all passengers. Most of us will be up there on Friday afternoon.

 

I want to go so bad but hangout fest is calling my name! Boggs and boulders was a blast for us south Alabama folks this past weekend!
