It's some stone pavers to prevent the creek from washing out the trailhead. all the other creek crossings don't have them so they're a bit more rough.

I see. it's a good idea. help keep erosion down to keep the crossings the name. nice thinking on their part.

It was worth the wait, GREAT pics love the panoramas at the top. Also like the sequence that looks like scott is chasing down chad.

I was thinking one of the weekends later next month would be nice. Either the 22nd or 29th of May. If everyone's ok w/ it I'll start the thread for the next east tn group ride.
