I know that there is a Line-X dealer in Winchester, TN. It's a bit south of Murfreesboro, but the guy there is pretty reasonable. Granted I haven't done anything like a hard top, but he did the bed of my Silverado for $550.

I live in Nashville as well and am wanting to line x my tub. If anyone finds a good place post it up. I have got prices from $700 to $1100 so far.

Go look at both. Line X is much more consistent and aesthetically pleasing than Rhino. Unless they've changed in the last few years.
