dude i want to so bad, but the job has a habit of intruding, just spent three weeks in sunny california with wheelin trips on both weekends. the peeps out there were great, but i didn't have MY jeep. there just isn't anywhere close by to wheel and apparently no one to wheel with.

I drove up and back about 4 hours each way when I joined some of the GA guys for a ride at Tellico. I'll not make that mistake again as we wheeled about 7 hours (Tellico is/was awesome) so the total drive for the day was approximately 15 hours. I was whooped. Seriously consider spending the night.

I agree I've done similar trips in the past, but staying the night is just not an option right now. It's either suffer for the day or not make it at all.
