Default Snorkel

Hay all,
I the posts about the AEV Snorkel over in the Feb head cout thread and decited to start a new thread. I just installed mine tonight and the over all process is not to hard. Just a little tuff cutting into the hood. The only real issues I had was the trying to reinstall the factory air box. The directions say to lubercate the post before reinstalling the air box. Make sure you all have some lub. It is a beast without. I did not get any cracking with the paint on the hood with cutting. Though I did use a Drummel and about 20 cutting wheels to complete the project. Other than that the project went pretty smooth. If you all have any questions just drop me a PM or post

Looks awesome! Have you extended your breathers yet? I would before you test it.

I just went and bought some tubes to extend the breathers. The dude at Auto Zone hooked me up with a 25' roll for 13 dollars. Going to install them a little later on in the day.

Tried to install the stupid MOPAR rubber floor mats and had to give up for a while before I killed someone. the front are great and fit right in, but the back really suck. Atleast the ones that cover the wheel wells. Will have pics in a bit.

Here are the pics of the crap MOPAR rubber floor mats. I was thinking about putting the carpet back in only in the back on the sides.

those might need some heat to relax to form up good with it being cold right you can try a heat gun or wait for a few week till it heats back up again
