Suburban Estates is mostly mud, lots of trails but no hills or rock at all. The trials are sugar sand but after this rain they would be sloppy. I would say about a good 2 hours from Tampa. It's 30-40 mins east of Disney off 192. Black Friday would be good for me if y'all wanted to come over. Check you tube for holopaw or suburban estates to see videos.

5A is similar but I'm not as familiar with the trails out there. Only been there twice. To wild for me, lots of trash out there.
