CONGRATS!!!!
Thanks!!! I have always wanted black on black. Had a black on silver pickup, but it was my first truck so I really couldn't afford rims back then. Then my last FJ was silver on silver and I wanted silver on black, but could never shake the DW so traded it for this black rubi and finally got my black on black.

Now, I just gotta add some mud.

OMG, what did I say. Wow, my bad. Went from TJ to JK to JK. Wow, not sure why FJ came out of my fingers. My neighbor is the FJ owner. I was talking to him at the time so that maybe why I said FJ.

No, I have to get the driveshaft done. Jeff said I could do it myself that it wasn't hard. Suggested using JE Reel, but not sure what part I have to order yet. He said some arms came with my kit, but he is ordering some other ones for it cause he didn't like the ones that came with the kit. I am supposed to hear from him on the Superior 5:13 today also.

does skyjacker use cam bolts?
Um, Um, I dunno.

He is supposed to be calling me today so I can ask, but I just don't know enough about autos in general. I am trying to learn some though cause I really want to work on my own shtuff from now on. That is why if you all do the jeep install party, i am going to come and help whether I have something to install or not. I just want to learn as much as I can about these beasts.

3rd one so about time I did something besides drive em around in the mud.

umm didnt you get the jeep back already? Isnt HE the one who pushed that skyjacker kit? now he doesnt like the arms it came with? WTF kinda of shop/mechanic is this? Sorry I hate seeing crap like this. Didnt he already install those arms? now he is ordering other arms? whats he going to charge you for? Skyjacker doesnt have adjustable control arms for 4in lifts unless its a long arm suspension. That is probably why he wants to order other ones, what company is he ordering? IF you let him do the gears I wouldl have him change the driveshaft then for a very small fee, he has to take the shaft out anyway to do the gears.

and yes skycraper uses cam bolts on some of thier lifts, they are useless, you cannot get the camber to be where it needs to be with them. they also use the trackbar bracket that has caused some breakage of the stock tracebar bracket off of the axle, I would suggest ordering the JKS track bar braces if your kit has those brackets mounted to the stock braket

I sent him an email finding to find out exactly what the part is and story behind it is. I will let you know what he says.
